Fife Community Learning and Development (CLD) Strategy - 'The Learning Kingdom' - is implemented by six Area CLD Partnerships. Each of those is responsible for developing and implementing a local CLD Plan for each electoral Ward in the Area.
Area CLD Partnerships provide regular reports to Fife CLD Partnership and Fife Council Area Committees on progress being made in implementing these CLD Plans.
